Birchfield’s Lesson Kit software is always sold with a full school site licence. This permits the installation of the software on individual PCs or a network server to be accessed by an unlimited number of users within the purchasing school. The software is also licensed for students to log in to the school server from home. Teachers may use the software at home for lesson preparation purposes only and must remove all “Birchfield” software upon termination of contract with the license holder. Birchfield’s resources must not be published publicly or used outside of a school’s intranet. If you purchase any of the software titles ordered, a personalised paper-based copy of this licence will be sent to your school detailing the products bought. This will act as your school’s licence agreement.
