Before attempting to solve a support issue, please ensure that you have access to change permissions on your school computer, server or network. If you are unsure or do not have the correct permissions, please initially contact your school technician for solutions.

If you still require Technical Support after speaking to a school technician, please complete and submit our online form.  We endeavour to operate a same day reply service for all Technical Support requests lodged by 3pm on a school day.
