A new userYour password will be issued upon payment. This payment is automatically requested by invoice 21-28 days after your order was placed. Please ensure that payment has been processed through your finance department before requesting registration codes. We cannot issue passwords until your payment has been processed. Each secondary school password issued is unique. When payment has been processed, you will be sent a letter detailing your password(s). If you wish to register your software immediately after payment, in advance of this letter, please call us on 0845 676 2222 (local rate) to give us your school name and retrieve your password over the phone, by fax or e-mail. If you are calling from a primary school, when payment has been processed you will be sent a letter detailing your password(s).
