Terms of Sale to Schools

• All of our software is provided on a 14 day no-obligation basis from the date of dispatch (the "Evaluation Period").
• During the Evaluation Period, you can only use the software for your own internal evaluation purposes. You cannot during the Evaluation Period use the software for any other purposes including, without limitation, teaching purposes.
• You cannot make any copies of the software or any part thereof.
• You cannot use any part of the software in any other way than for evaluation purposes until the software is paid for in full.
• If the order is cancelled in full during the Evaluation Period, you must return the software in good condition to Birchfield Interactive, ITV Studios, Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff CF5 6XJ.
• If the order is cancelled in part during the Evaluation Period, you will not be required to return the DVD as the titles you have purchased will be contained on the aforementioned DVD.
• If the order is not cancelled at the end of the Evaluation Period, we will invoice you for the cost of the software ordered.
• Payment must be made within 14 days of the receipt of our invoice.
• After payment, you can use the software in accordance with your licence agreement and for no other purposes. In particular, we draw your attention to the Copyright Notice provided in digital format with the software.
• Once a product has been purchased and the registration code issued, we cannot accept the cancellation of an order or the return of a product.

 

Returns Policy

• If you wish to cancel an order within your Evaluation Period, please contact us on 0845 676 2222 (local rate), and have your delivery note to hand.  We will give you a returns number and a procedure to follow when returning the goods.
